I was born and raised in peoria, Arizona. As a kid who played and enjoyed watching and reading about sports, all the reporters were talking about and saying the same things, and there was always something different that I wanted to see in the news and the headlines. I got into sports journalism not only because it was a passion of mine -- but to give the entire sports audience different views and angles on the same sports we all love to watch.

When I am not sports reporting, I am either filming/editing my sports trivia podcast, playing a round of golf or enjoying some quiet and quality time with friends and family.
