High hopes and good spirits are easily obtainable for a team that is consistently winning, but how do you keep the energy high when you are winless on a season? Coach James Irvine and his girls of the Metro Tech High School softball team measure their success based upon the improvements they make week to week rather than wins on the season. It is that mindset that allows them to get better and better and will eventually find success within their seasons.
